WHY IS THE ONLINE STORE CLOSED?

We have recently noticed a lot of huge orders are coming in right at 8am & this can sometimes mean guests that show up in person aren’t able to get our full selection. Beginning late August ‘23, we will be doing walk in service only, no online ordering. But you can still place an order in advance! Read on.

HOW Do i place an order?

As always, we welcome ordering ahead! If you’ve got an office meeting, special day or celebration please give us a call or email to place your order. We are always happy to provide pastries for these types of events and feel grateful you’d think of us!

CAN I SCHEDULE An order for pickup in the future?

Yes. Please reach out via our contact page, we’d be happy to chat. Please try to allow at least 5 days advance notice for orders as it will help us better accommodate, thank you!

HOW OFTEN DOES YOUR MENU CHANGE?

There is always a seasonality to our menu and that means items will come-and-go as fruits, vegetables, and produce come into and out-of season; we find there is generally more weekly change to our menu than daily, but everyday is different and that keeps it fun.

DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN-FREE OPTIONS?

Brown Bear currently does not offer gluten-free options on our menu due to the immense cross-contamination of gluten within our kitchen and our desire to ensure truly GF options for our guests when we do offer them. Please check out a couple local bakeries that feature gluten-free menus for some delicious options!

Do you ship?

Generally, no, due to quality control and freshness considerations. We’re excited to share our pastries & would be disappointed for any customer’s experience to be less than ideal as a result. Always happy to discuss, though.

DO you offer Vegan pastries?

Very rarely. But our sister bakery in Clifton, Two Seven Two, offers vegan pastries every day on their menu! Located at 272 Ludlow Ave, 45220.

Do you take wedding orders?

We are currently unable to accept wedding inquiries at this time as we focus our production power on the needs of our daily customers. We look forward to one day returning and will be sure to let everyone know.
